One rising network has taken the concept of local knowledge to a new level and opened an office in Wagga Wagga in inland New South Wales.

Rob Fuller and Colin McGill, two friends with half a decade of real estate experience between them, have opened a new One Agency office in the state’s largest inland city.

They have known each other for more than 25 years.

Mr McGill said that they were taking their “nous” to the streets they know all too well.

“I was born and bred in Wagga Wagga and Rob has lived here most of his life,” Mr McGill said.

Mr Fuller said that they would be offering total commitment to customers.

“There won’t be any opportunity for us to become distracted or be taken away from our objectives as there is no property management,” Mr Fuller said.

“The customers will get both of us. They will be dealing directly with the decision makers.”

One Agency Australasian head of membership John Stewart said that he was delighted with the addition to the network.

“Rob and Colin are the caring, problem-solving negotiators that we seek in our members and which the industry is crying out for as it matures into a profession,” Mr Stewart said.

“Interestingly, a uniting feature of the over 30 new members we have welcomed into the group this year is that by far the majority are offices rebranding or independents seeking a brand that allows for continued freedom.”

Mr Stewart said that projections for the remainder of the year is for the trend to continue.
