One of the country’s most recognised network brands is deepening its footprint in the promising Western Sydney market with the launch of a new office in Fairfield.

Raine & Horne will open in the robust area under the specialist guidance of Chris Hart, who started his career with the 135-year-old firm in 2001.

Executive chairman of the Raine & Horne network Angus Raine called it an “exciting homecoming” for Mr Hart.

“We wanted a real estate professional with vast real estate experience and integrity to lead our team in Fairfield, especially as southwestern Sydney’s property market is about to launch skywards as the reality of the second Sydney airport at Badgerys Creek draws closer,” the executive chairman said.

“South Western Sydney is a significant market, and the people of the region deserve to have the very best property sales and property management services possible.

“Chris, who learnt the property ropes with Raine & Horne, can provide this level of service in spades, and I can’t wait to work with him and his young team of sales and property management professionals.”

Mr Hart is a registered valuer and licensed real estate agent. He has worked in sales for several agencies in South Western Sydney, including a business of his own in Revesby and in Condell Park with one of Raine & Horne’s competitors.

He is also a former TAFE teacher who was involved in teaching the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

Mr Hart said that his experience has given him “excellent” exposure to the Fairfield property market.

“With the surge in the demand for apartment living in Fairfield, backed by the long-term job and economic advantages the Badgerys Creek Airport and the growth in the Parramatta CBD will deliver to this region, strategically, Fairfield is the perfect location for a new office.”

Mr Hart said that he was drawn to Raine & Horne’s automated digital marketing platform, Amplify.

“I’ve done the full circle and have seen what the other networks are doing, and to come back to one of Australia’s oldest real estate brands and see how they have become a technology leader and innovator is very exciting.

“The fact the network has strong offices that I can learn from such as Raine & Horne Double Bay, and Raine & Horne Newtown, is another major appeal.”
