Professionals Real Estate Group has appointed three more agencies as it moves to strengthen its position as one of the nation’s top 10 networks in Queensland and New South Wales.

The group has signed two new offices in South East Queensland and another in New South Wales.

At Marsden, in Brisbane’s south, experienced real estate agency boss Samida Sargeant has switched to the Professionals Real Estate Group.

Ms Sargeant previously operated an independent agency, which consistently ranked among the top offices in the area. It will now be operating under the banner of Professionals Lifestyle Realty.

Further south on the Gold Coast, former builder and financial planner Dennis Musca has taken the reigns at Professionals Burleigh Heads.

Mr Musca, who had worked as a real estate agent for Professionals Surfers Paradise for four years before taking the plunge to start his own agency, has set up shop on West Burleigh Road near the Stockland Shopping Centre.

And in the Upper Hunter Valley, husband and wife team David and Trish Carter have opened Professionals Crown Property & Livestock in the town of Scone.

Mr Carter’s family have lived in the Upper Hunter since 1849, and the couple have extensive interests in agriculture, financial services, education and farm management consultancy.

Professionals CEO David Crombie said that he expected more to follow.

“One of the major advantages that Professionals Real Estate Group has is that it is a membership group rather than a typical franchise,’’ Mr Crombie said.

“We provide the members with the ability to use a well-known real estate brand and access to extensive support through a comprehensive suite of tools and services.

“The real differences are that the members have the opportunity to drive the direction of the organisation rather than being dictated to, and the membership fees are much more attractive than franchise fees.”
