Elders Real Estate has launched its “largest ever” marketing campaign to kick off the 2018 spring selling season.

The spin to win campaign will be complemented by a “highly targeted” digital strategy, which is expected to increase appraisal volume in key residential areas.

The campaign will provide chances to win a raft of prizes including a $250,000 cash bonanza.

Marketing manager Belinda Connor said that the campaign is an important strategic initiative, given the increasingly competitive nature of the market.

She also emphasised that it is one piece of the broader digital strategy in place to grow brand awareness and engagement.

“We continue to invest in digital technology, marketing support and tools for our network, alongside training and networking opportunities to position Elders as a leader in innovation,” Ms Connor said.

“Each of our offices is equipped with the resources to effectively tailor their marketing materials to target each of their individual areas.

“We’re looking forward to announcing further new enhancements for office and agent social media lead generation initiatives.”

Ms Connor said that the campaign follows the release of Elders’ revamped website.

“The new website is integrated with property data, information, analytics and services provider CoreLogic, to provide a free property value on residential property — instantly.

“It is designed with the needs of clients as well as agents top of mind, providing individual sites for each office. The website is expected to drive more qualified leads to agents and allow sellers access to more information.”

The campaign will run throughout the spring selling season.
