Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will take the next step in its Australian journey in the form of a launch series to showcase to prospective real estate professionals what it means to be a part of the well-known multimedia brand.

Team leader Simon Cashman said that the time was now right to accelerate the business in the Australian market.

“We have spent the last 10 months preparing our platforms and marketing engine and are now ready to share our story with real estate professionals who want to start or build their business and/or career with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate,” Mr Cashman said.

Mr Cashman said that the new venture was both unique and exciting.

“Agents who choose to affiliate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will of course offer traditional real estate services; however, as a complete lifestyle experience, that [venture] will leverage lifestyle content complementing the Better Homes and Gardens TV show and magazine.

“Along with a comprehensive brand and marketing campaign prepared by Seven West Media for the full 2019 year, that will see Better Homes agents provide a distinct and unique offering to their customers and clients.”

Mr Cashman added that a number of “handpicked” experienced industry leaders have joined forces with Better Homes.

He said that Kate Arthur has joined the team as a senior manager serving the North Shore and Hills Districts of Sydney.

“Kate has over 13 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, auctions, property management, operations, network performance, and sales and property management training,” Mr Cashman said.

Ms Arthur said that the move was a natural progression of her career.

“Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of principals who want more from their brand and Better Homes delivers that,” the senior manager said.

“Australians expect so much out of their agents and are willing to pay commissions for quality, high levels of customer service and a more enjoyable real estate experience. The decision to join Better Homes was my chance to help agencies who want to do just that.”

The Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate industry launch will be held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne on 12, 13 and 14 November, respectively.
