Ray White Commercial has recruited two new members to its team in Townsville: Stacie Stockham for the position of commercial asset manager and Peter McCann for the role of sales and leasing.
Ms Stockham joins the Ray White Group with 14 years of real estate experience, and Mr McCann, who is Townsville-born and bred, joins having had 25 years’ experience in the sales industry.
Ms Stockham said that she was excited to take the next step on her career ladder.
“It’s a privilege to join the Ray White Commercial Townsville team and having the opportunity to take the next step to further my career within the commercial real estate sector,” the manager said.
“Having a great deal of respect for both Adrian and Graeme and the business they have built from the ground up to become one of the market leaders in Townsville, I felt it was an easy decision after taking into consideration the support, training, systems and mentors available within the Ray White brand.
“The Ray White Group themselves are at the forefront of technology, and after 14 years in real estate, I felt this move was the right one to provide me with further opportunities to continue moving forward and ultimately be successful within the industry.”
Mr McCann said that he chose Ray White Commercial for a number of reasons.
“Having worked with top 10 brands before in the automotive industry, I knew it was important to team up with a company in the real estate world that is well recognised not just for its brand but [also] its training, reputation and market presence.
“When looking into the world of commercial property for the first time several months ago, Ray White Commercial stood out as a leader in all of these things.”
Ray White Commercial Townsville principal Graeme Russell said that he was delighted to have two members with such strong experience join the Townsville team.
“We’re really very humbled that two people with such impressive backgrounds have both agreed that Ray White is the way their careers can progress further,” Mr Russell said.
“From our perspective, we’re very pleased to acquire a well-known and respected agent such as Stacie, who brings to the table a high level of expertise in digital marketing together with a strong work ethic.
