Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has continued with its recruitment and infrastructure initiative by recruiting a 15-year real estate professional to drive growth in one of Sydney’s most prestigious markets.

Adrian Hybner has joined BHGRE as an area manager for the Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

CEO Simon Cashman said that Mr Hybner brings a wealth of experience to the business.

“Dedicated to the real estate industry for 15 years, Adrian [has] experience [that] covers over $350 million of residential sales,” the CEO said.

“He was also a former licensee in charge of a major franchise office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.”

He said that Mr Hybner has been hand-picked for the business growth management team.

“An integral role right now for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and our strategic initiative is to secure a foothold across the eastern seaboard.

“Adrian’s primary focus is to recruit new agents to the brand across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore.”

Mr Hybner said that he would be working closely with the Seven West Media team.

“To ensure that the millions of Better Homes Facebook and TV show followers’ real estate needs are effectively serviced.

“BHGRE is a trusted and valued household brand name that has direct exposure to over 7.5 million people per month via TV, print and social platforms. This is every vertical in media, and a feat no other real estate brand has been able to match.

“For me, BHGRE represents a perfect marriage between real estate, lifestyle property ideas and high-end media channels. The ability to offer a real estate consumer access to this exposure really does raise the bar for the industry as a whole.”

The official launches will be held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne on 12, 13 and 14 November.
