McGrath Estate Agents has opened a new office in a strategically important location in NSW as it continues on its path of recovery.
McGrath has opened a new office in Nambucca Heads as it strengthens its presence on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
McGrath Nambucca Heads will be led by Martin Wells. This expansion will be the third office in the region and will complement the Coffs Harbour and Sawtell offices Mr Wells opened in 2015.
McGrath founder and executive director John McGrath said that the new office was strategically important to the group.
“Nambucca Heads offers a desirable coastal lifestyle that is affordable to many,” the founder said.
“The area presents value and opportunity allowing first home buyers and investors to get a great start in the property market.”
Mr Wells said that he wanted to align himself with McGrath due to their shared business values, leading resources and commitment to excellence and growth.
“We joined McGrath Estate Agents three years ago to give our clients and our staff access to the best opportunities in service, results, coaching and training.
“Ultimately, the McGrath brand and the values it holds true were the ideal fit for our business and teams, and we believe it’s been a great partnership.”
As part of the expansion, Mr Wells has acquired independent office Bradleys Real Estate, which has been operating for 35 years.
Mr Wells said that bringing Bradleys Real Estate into the McGrath Group opens up new levels of property-related services to the Nambucca Valley.
“The current owners of Bradleys are retiring and their decision to choose McGrath to be the business to take over their current client base is something we are humbled by.
“We look forward to doing amazing work and achieving unseen results for them and the community of the Nambucca Valley.”
There will be three to four sales agents in the McGrath Nambucca Heads office.
It will also offer property management services and will have a strong rent roll of 200 properties.
The new McGrath office will also offer mortgage broking services through Oxygen Home Loans.
