Professionals Real Estate Group has opened an office in a strategically important area in regional NSW as it looks to strengthen its national footprint.
Professionals has appointed a new agency at Batemans Bay on the NSW south coast.
The new agency principal is Jenni Whittaker, who has been operating under the Red Door banner since opening late last year.
Professionals CEO David Crombie said that he was pleased to welcome the Batemans Bay agency to the network.
He said that the move marks a return of the Professionals brand to the coastal town after an absence of many years.
“Jenni may be relatively new to the real estate industry, but she is a real live wire and a great addition to the Professionals team,” Mr Crombie said.
“Batemans Bay is a growing market but also highly competitive, and we have been very encouraged by the new agency’s performance so far.”
Mr Crombie said that Professionals continues to grow its agency network.
“As a member of the Professionals network, members have greater autonomy to drive their business forward while also offering the advantage of more attractive fees than a typical franchise.”
Ms Whittaker said that her business has taken off since making the move.
“We’ve made some good progress, but we jumped at the chance to join the Professionals network because it is such a recognisable brand,” Mr Whittaker said.
“With the support the Professionals team has given me so far, I know I’ve made the right decision. The ongoing mentorship from the support team and one of Australia’s biggest names in real estate has given us the legs to continue growing our business.
“I’ve really been picking their brains a lot and that’s the beauty of being part of a supportive network. The business has really started to kick off.”
