One ambitious niche network has broken into new territory, opening in a rising area in Queensland as it expands its strategy for complete national coverage.
Belle Property has opened its first office on the Redcliffe Peninsula, 40 minutes north of Brisbane, under the leadership of principal Clinton Viertel.
Mr Viertel said that his decision to launch Belle Property in Redcliffe came after he noticed a lack of premium and boutique real estate services in the area.
“The Redcliffe and Moreton Bay region is going through a major transformation and the growth in the market, coupled with the amount of investment that is coming into the area, is staggering,” the principal said.
“There were no boutique real estate brands servicing the area to meet its changing and growing demands, so the decision to open Belle Property was clear as it allows us to serve the market more effectively.”
Mr Viertel said that Belle Property’s brand values and purpose align with his own.
“Not only does the Belle Property brand stand for prestige, but it is grounded in its people, its clients and its community — and striving to deliver the best service and experience for all of these groups.

Born and bred on the north side of Brisbane, Mr Viertel attended Nudgee College and still calls the area home. He lives with his wife and three kids.
