One premium agency in Victoria has made an executive appointment to its Brighton office, recruiting a high-energy professional with a history for participating in extreme sports.
RT Edgar has announced that Sam Paynter has joined his brother James to run the RT Edgar Brighton office.
Director of RT Edgar Brighton James Paynter said of his brother: “Having swum the English Channel, Sam understands the value of going the extra mile.”
James added that Sam is a natural fit for the team.
“Sam has a career in real estate that spans over more than two decades in the Bayside area and has built a reputation for his local knowledge, his professionalism and relationships based on trust.”
He said that he was looking forward to working with Sam.
“We’re a great team and together we’ll be a force to be reckoned with in the Brighton market.
“The entire team is excited to welcome Sam and looking forward to continued growth and success.”
Sam Paynter said that his insights into the local real estate market are borne out of a lifetime of living in the area, the third generation of his family to do so.
Sam also said that he has personal experience in buying, renovating and selling in the Brighton region.
“Brighton is in my blood, and real estate is my passion,” Mr Sam Paynter said.
“Combining forced with James is the icing on the cake.”
Director of the RT Edgar franchise group Jeremy Fox said that Sam’s joining is a win for the business.
“We hoped Sam would eventually join the RT Edgar group and agree that he’s the perfect fit to represent our brand in the Brighton region,” Mr Fox said.
“He has a unique energy and dynamism that we will all benefit from.”
