Two experienced Ray White professionals will buy and rebrand a successful office in Junee in the Riverina region of New South Wales as part of their long-term growth plans.
Lucas Myers and Cassie Sheahan have expanded their business and will rebrand an office in Junee, previously owned by Rob and Jen Barrett who are retiring after more than 25 years.
Mr Myers said that the expansion ambition had been a goal when they opened their Ray White office in Wagga Wagga in 2011.
“With Wagga, Junee and Coolamon all within a 30-minute triangle, it’s always been our long-term plan to have offices in all three locations.
“We opened our Coolamon agency earlier this year and the response has been fantastic.”
Ms Sheahan said that she was “excited” to be able to offer customers greater coverage.
“Housing prices are steady in our area, but securing listings is competitive. So being able to utilise our other locations and reach a wider audience, at both a residential and rural level, is going to be extremely beneficial for both vendors and buyers,” Ms Sheahan said.
Retiring principal Rob Barrett said that he was positive about the change.
“Jenny and I are pleased to be able to pass our agency on to Lucas and Cassie who share a similar attitude and approach to business as us,” Mr Barrett said.
“We would like to thank all of the many friends, clients and the people of the Junee Shire who supported us over the years and hope you continue to support the business into the future.”
Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said that the move was a natural progression for the “tight-knit” team.
