One of the country’s highest-profile agents, Gavin Rubinstein, has added another string to his already well-bound bow, recruiting a “young, energetic prodigy” to his team.
Bradley Plos has joined Mr Rubinstein at The Rubinstein Group and Ray White Double Bay, working the elite markets of Sydney’s dollar-heavy eastern suburbs.
Mr Rubinstein said that the fit was good.
“Energy, hunger and drive are critical in this business and surrounding yourself with those who possess these traits will only make you more effective for your clients.
“Providing the best possible customer service is at the very core of what we focus on within our dynamic team.
“Bradley certainly has those characteristics, which is exciting, and I believe he will be yet another point of difference to the value proposition TRG has to offer. At the end of the day for us, the bottom line is always being vendor-focused.”
Mr Rubinstein said that he is doing what he traditionally does: bucking the trend.
“In a landscape where other agencies are cutting back on resources, [we are] ramping up to meet the demands of Sydney’s eastern suburbs.”
He said that this is especially so after a record year in 2018, being awarded the number one residential salesperson for the whole of the Ray White Australian franchise for the sixth year in a row (2013 to 2018).
Mr Plos said that he is up for the challenge.
“I’m extremely excited to be joining Gavin and his team and welcome the pressure that this level of the industry demands.
“I feel I have a lot to give and I am thankful for the opportunity.”
Mr Plos joins Jerome Srot, Oliver Lavers, Cae Thomas and Remi Quinlivan in Mr Rubinstein’s select property sextet.
