One growing network has opened a second office on the eastern bayside suburb of Manly, a quarter of an hour east of Brisbane.
After building Bayside’s market-leading real estate business in Manly, highly regarded principal David Lazarus will open his second Belle Property agency in Wellington Point.
Mr Lazarus said that he is focused on growing his business through empowering his team and providing exceptional customer service.
“We have been operating in the Bayside area across Manly, Wynnum and Lota for a number of years and have built strong relationships with our customers. However, our clients’ interests are expanding along a broader stretch of the Bayside region,” he said.
“We wanted to open in Wellington Point, so we were geographically close to Manly, but expanding far enough into other suburbs so we could continue to service the needs of our current customers, while bringing our unique customer service approach to new clients in the area.”
Mr Lazarus said that his team will raise the service bar.
“What sets us apart and has allowed our growth is our dedication to our market and our clients.
“We are excited to bring our customer-centric approach to the residents of Wellington Point and surrounds, and we know they’ll be surprised by what it’s like to work with us.”
Mr Lazarus said that the expansion into Wellington Point is also a strategic move.
“Wellington Point and the entire Bayside area is growing rapidly, attracting residents from across the country and even abroad. The lifestyle of the area is hard to beat when you consider you could have a waterfront home overlooking Stradbroke Island, whilst being only 20 minutes from Brisbane Airport or 16 kilometres from Brisbane CBD.
“The Bayside area has also become a haven for working families because Byron Bay, Noosa and Tamborine National Park are all on your doorstep, which means you don’t have to go very far for a family getaway or to get away from the hustle and bustle of the 9-to-5.”
