Ms Feng said that she was honoured to be recognised.

“It gives me an opportunity to connect with other women in different areas of real estate who are also passionate about property, uniting forces to create a better work environment,” she said.

“I feel privileged to have our head of research, Vanessa Rader, as my sponsor. Her depth of knowledge will add abundance of value to not only myself but to this program.

“I’m passionate about being a contributor to change, and assisting in the fostering of the advancement of women in more senior roles across the industry.”

Ms Rader said that she was proud to sponsor Ms Feng, not only as an analyst but as a future leader in the industry.

“Ellen really has shown herself to be a hard-working, ambitious woman in the Ray White Commercial NSW team,” Ms Rader said.

“Her knowledge and willingness to learn across all commercial asset classes and her understanding of the development market and the drivers which affect it, is outstanding.

“Having 20 years’ experience in the commercial property field, I understand the value of data, be it interpreting, analysing or sourcing it, as it’s the backbone for any transaction, development and decision made across the property market.”

Ray White Commercial NSW managing director Jeff Moxham said that Ms Feng is an integral part of the team. He said that he was delighted that she has been given this opportunity.

“Ellen has been a game-changer for our business and we’re keen to support her in any way we can for her to realise her ambitions in the commercial property sector,” Mr Moxham said.

“Coming from an institutional commercial agency in New Zealand, Ellen has brought a deep analytical skill set and understanding of commercial property environments to our team.

“She has a genuine passion for analysis and she’s a wonderful worker. Nothing is ever too much for her, she’s a fantastic team player, and she’s well loved across our business.”

Ms Feng recently relocated from New Zealand with her silky terrier, Sundae.
