LJ Hooker Avnu has recruited a specialist real estate professional to its team on Sydney’s blue-chip Lower North Shore to extend its reach across the highly sought-after market.
Cameron Maxwell has joined LJ Hooker Avnu on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Mr Maxwell, who also specialises in property taxation investments, joins the growing LJ Hooker Avnu team from McGrath.
Chief performance officer of LJ Hooker Avnu Christine Mikhael said that Mr Maxwell’s appointment was significant for the new office.
“We’re delighted to have Cameron on board,” she said.
“His local knowledge of the Lower North Shore is unparalleled, and his client-first approach is perfectly aligned to the ethos of LJ Hooker Avnu.
“Already, Cameron has vendors ready to hit the market, with properties in Northbridge and St Leonards ranging in price from $1.9 million to over $3 million, which is a testament to his high level of customer service and commitment to achieving the best outcome for his vendors.”
She said that LJ Hooker Avnu “supercharges” its sales consultants’ abilities to serve their clients, creating a technology-enhanced full-service agency.
“By streamlining much of the administration demands of their day-to-day activities and utilising platforms and tools which create much greater efficiencies, sales consultants are freed up to spend more time on client-facing activities.”
Mr Maxwell said that he was pleased to have made the move.
