McGrath Estate Agents has announced that one of its brightest young stars has rejoined the company at its Crows Nest office in Sydney, having left just seven months ago.
Sales agent Nick Dunn has rejoined McGrath after having left for Avnu less than a year ago.
Peter Chauncy, principal of McGrath Crows Nest, said that he was delighted to welcome Mr Dunn back to McGrath.
“He is an outstanding young sales agent who I believe has all the necessary ingredients to be one of our brightest stars of the future.
“Nick typifies the calibre of agent that we wish to recruit and mentor as we continue to expand our business in the important Lower North Shore region.
“While the current market conditions have been challenging, we are definitely seeing renewed buyer interest across all price segments. Now more than ever, it takes a focused and committed salesperson to perform well in this type of market.”
Mr Dunn said that returning to McGrath felt like returning home.
“I feel very fortunate to be aligning myself with Peter Chauncy, who has the maturity and depth of knowledge to transact in this market where education, transparency and trust [are] essential so buyers both feel comfortable throughout the sales process.”
He said that he couldn’t hope for a better mentor than Mr Chauncy.
“I am also grateful to the company’s CEO, Geoff Lucas, as I evaluated my options and career direction, who was extremely generous with his time.”
Mr Dunn will focus on the Sydney Lower North Shore suburbs of Cammeray, Cremorne, Artarmon and Willoughby.
McGrath Crows Nest currently has a sales team of eight, with further expansion planned.
