The Agency signs pro seller, former Alexander Phillips associate

After a decade in real estate, five of those years working for Australia’s number one agent, Alexander Phillips, one high-performance sales professional will join The Agency.

Gavin Lewis is stepping out as a lead agent with The Agency.

Over his 10 years in the industry, Mr Lewis has sold over 300 properties, worked on a number of record-breaking sales and built an extensive client database.

Mr Lewis said that, in the five years he worked as a senior associate under Alexander Phillips, he gained invaluable experience, honing his negotiation skills and work ethic.

“Working 24/7 for my clients, seven days a week and ensuring no stone is left unturned, is what I offer my clients,” Mr Lewis said.

“I focus on gaining a very strong rapport, not just with my vendors but buyers as well. I understand my vendor’s reasons for selling and that empathy filters through to every aspect of the sale.”

Mr Lewis said that he prides himself on the role of being a trusted adviser, more than simply achieving outstanding sales results.

He also said that The Agency is a good fit for him.

Alexander Phillips is a partner at Phillips Pantzer Donnelley. He is currently ranked as the number one agent in Australia, according to the 2018 REB Top 100 Agents ranking, as he was in 2017 and 2016.

The Agency CEO Matt Lahood said that The Agency is proud to support Mr Lewis in his new career phase.
