Belle partners with digital suburb profile platform

Belle Property will integrate with lifestyle publisher Sitchu to showcase its listings on the platform’s new suburb search tool.

The tool encourages people to search for a suburb to live based on their lifestyle preferences, and will offer Belle Property agents a new way of marketing homes.

Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, said it’s about continuous improvement.

“We strive to find new and unique ways to stay relevant to our customers and to continue our high performance in a cluttered and sometimes challenging market,” he said.

“Having our properties searchable via a premium lifestyle website is a unique selling point for our agents and sets us apart from our competitors in terms of additional marketing avenues we can offer our clients.”

Sitchu publisher, Georgia Tomaszewski, said the search tool allows people to search and find a suburb based on what is important to them.

She said the tool offers a suburb guide of the area including core location attributes, things to see and do as well as available properties.  

Ms Tomaszewski said the brand undertook extensive research around suburb and lifestyle interests.

“Sitchu is a hyper-local site for people looking to visit, live or buy in Australia’s most sought-after suburbs, and combines content about the best places to live, shop, eat, drink, stay and play, nationally,” she said.

“The next natural step was to offer our audience the ability search and find their ideal suburb to live, based on their individual lifestyle and life-stage needs.”

Sitchu co-founder and editor-in-chief, Holly Perks, said the Belle Property integration is a natural choice based on the synergies of the two brands.

“The tool allows people to find their perfect suburb, so it made sense to allow them to also discover homes to buy and rent in that location,” she said.

Integrating Belle Property listings with the tool was a seamless fit as Sitchu’s goals are highly aligned to Belle Property’s approach as a brand that values lifestyle first and property second.”
