Ray White has recruited an experienced local agent to one of its most important Sydney offices, born and bred and one of the top performing women in the area.
Sara Perry has returned to Ray White Castle Hill in the role of sales executive, after 13 years away.
Ms Perry said when she sat in reception at Ray White Parramatta her property career dreams were in their infancy.
“I had a brief stint in sales before moving over to property management, and one day several years ago my ability to sell over the phone was recognised, and that’s when my real estate career really kicked off,” she said.
“I’m born and bred Hills district and I’m very proud to be one of the area’s top performing women in real estate, it means everything to deliver great service to my local community.
“Once I sold my first property there really was no going back, it gives you an adrenaline rush, and you just want to go from strength to strength from there on.”
Ms Perry said Ray White was a brand that always attracted her.
“The team culture at Ray White Castle Hill was a real attraction to me and the success they have been able to achieve, especially in a tricky market, was a real stand-out,” she said.
“The importance placed on the local people matched my ethics and the integrity and support they offered were second-to-none.
“The team environment as a whole, offering the best service possible to its clients, is what I live for.”
Ms Perry said giving back to her local community and making sure she took care of herself in a high-octane job were key to her success.
“I’ve always been heavily involved in the local community and charities, working closely with the likes of Ronald McDonald House and taking part in The Hills Winter Sleep Out,” she said.
“I’ve worked closely with Castle Hills Mayor Michelle Byrne and local council to deliver a special event for locals at Bella Vista Farm, where more than 4,000 people attended for the rides and fun on offer, raising more than $30,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
“I’m also proud to be saying I’ll be taking part in the Winter Sleep Out again this year, looking to raise money for the local homeless and domestic violence.”
Ms Perry said away from the office she’s an advocate of staying fit and healthy.
“I attend a local gym, eat healthily, and one thing not many people know about me is I love to salsa dance regularly. All this keeps the mind and body focused on the job.”
