One rising boutique network in Queensland has announced two of its former agents have re-joined the 25-office network, as it continues to seek out competitive advantage and market share.

The Coronis Group has re-signed Lincoln Tatnall to the Coronis Arana Hills office, after leaving a year ago, and Brian Baker has returned to Coronis Toowoomba after nearly two years away.

Coronis sales area leader Adam Empringham said that he was delighted to welcome both men back.

“Lincoln and Brian are both highly experienced agents who have been selling real estate for many years,” Mr Empringham said.

“We thoroughly enjoyed having them on our team previously, and they achieved great results for both their clients and our business, so we’re very happy to welcome them home again.

“They have both learnt some valuable lessons and insights into the industry in their time away from Coronis, but it’s great to have them back and eager to help us grow our business as we progress with our strategic plan. I’m looking forward to once again working with them and helping them accomplish their personal and professional goals.”

Mr Tatnall said that many factors affected his choice to return to Coronis, but chief among them was the support on offer.

“Coronis truly is built on a strong set of values and has a support system unlike any other agency in my experience,” Mr Tatnall said.

“You can always pick up the phone and call any of the leaders and ask for help with securing a listing or pulling a sale together, and they’re always there, ready to help. They’re never too busy or worried about their own to-do list as you’re their priority, which is extremely beneficial to any agent.”

He described Coronis sales and admin support as “second to none”.

“With a whole team dedicated to helping you manage building and pest inspections, contracts and so on so you can focus on dollar-productive activities and delivering great customer service to your clients.”

Mr Baker said that he was pleased to be back.

“Over the past three years, I’ve been focused on project marketing and international sales across Brisbane and the Gold Coast which has been highly beneficial and rewarding,” he said.

“However, Toowoomba has always been my home base, and I’m enjoying being back and a part of the Coronis Toowoomba team again, where I can now offer my extensive national and international connections to our clients.”
