Leading agent Helen Yan of Ray White Balwyn has been named one of Australia’s leading real estate agents in a national ranking of the best performing agents.
Ms Yan ranked number 11 in the REB Top 100 Agents 2019 ranking, released this week.
Ms Yan said that she was very proud to once again be named among the best in Australia.
“I have the best job in the world, I get to help my clients buy and sell some of the finest properties in Australia,” Ms Yan said.
The list ranks real estate sales agents across Australia according to a range of metrics, including the number of sales, total sales volume and average sales price, for the 2018 calendar year.
Now in its eighth year, the REB Top 100 Agents ranking is an initiative of Real Estate Business, the real estate authority in Australia, and produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.
“The REB Top 100 Agents 2019 is the industry benchmark for success in real estate sales and an accolade all agents aspire to,” said Tim Neary, editor of REB.
“In this year’s ranking, the calibre of entrants was exceptional, with the total sales volume across the top 100 in excess of $13.9 billion.”
