Ray White Commercial NSW has recruited a young “hotshot” to its high-performance sales team, as it gears up for future growth in one of the country’s most lucrative commercial markets.

Patrick O’Brien has joined Ray White Commercial NSW as a senior sales executive.

Mr O’Brien said that he had always been impressed with the business culture at Ray White, but it was Commercial NSW managing director and partner Jeff Moxham who really attracted him to the group.

“When I made the decision to transition from residential to commercial, I did extensive research on the market leaders within the sphere,” he said.

“From research, personal industry referrals and track record, Jeff Moxham was consistently referred to as one of the most successful, consistent and respected figures.

“Meeting with Jeff a number of times reconfirmed the reputation of not only himself but importantly Ray White, and why they have so many high performers across the industry.”

Mr O’Brien said that he was keen to convert his good start in real estate into a prosperous career.

“I’m lucky to have great examples of career progression within Ray White just metres away from me in the office.

“I’m excited by the prospect of growing at Ray White. I have ambitions of managing and negotiating campaigns early and building my way up to be an established market leader.”

Ray White Commercial NSW managing director and partner Jeff Moxham said that he was “delighted” to welcome Mr O’Brien to the team.

“Patrick actually approached me earlier this year and I was very impressed by his direct approach and his professionalism,” Mr Moxham said.

“He’s been a successful residential agent in the eastern suburbs for five years, and I welcome the opportunity to bring in residential agents and train them around the commercial product. Successful residential agents are used to working hard, they have to have grit and discipline.

“He will fit in well with our team, he has a welcoming personality, is seriously driven and is already proving that going the extra mile is standard if you want to succeed. Patrick has a big future ahead of him.”

Away from real estate, Mr O’Brien is a keen foodie and a 15-year classically trained guitarist.
