One of the highest-performing agents in the outer south-east region of Melbourne has joined the market-leading Ray White team in the suburb of Frankston.

Callum MacPherson has joined the Ray White Frankston office, owned and operated by award-winning agent Ashley Weston.

Mr MacPherson said his passion for property started in childhood.

He said he bought his first investment property in country Victoria when he was 13 years old.

“Buying my first home at such a young age made me realise that this was my passion,” he said.

“I was born and raised in the Frankson region, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to raise my own family now.”

Mr MacPherson said he was keen to get started in the new office.

“I am excited about the culture and passion amongst this team, and about working under the strongest brand name in real estate, particularly in our region,” he said.

“Ray White are the absolute market leaders in our area; they are innovative, have superior customer service, leadership, marketing strategy, massive market share and a genuinely great team culture.”

Mr MacPherson said the lifestyle in Frankston is “fantastic”, especially for young families.

“We are on the cusp of suburbia and the peninsula, which means we are not far from the Melbourne CBD, but also close to the wineries, beaches and countryside.

“One main selling point of the region is its affordability, making it popular amongst growing families who are looking for more space. Many of our key clients are able to sell their one- or two-bedroom apartments close to the city, and buy a large home with a pool in Frankston.”

Ray White Frankston principal Ashley Weston said that Mr MacPherson has a wealth of experience in the local area.

He said Mr MacPherson has steadily built his reputation in the area as the go-to agent.

Mr Weston also said he was thrilled to have Mr MacPherson join the family business.

“Growth is so important for our company, and we feel so humbled when agents of Callums’s calibre join us, and we will support his ambitions into the future.”

The suburb of Frankston is situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, and is a popular seaside destination of Melbourne located about 55 kilometres south-east of the city centre.
