LJ Hooker Avnu has announced that it will expand into Sydney’s northern districts with the appointment of a well-respected local agent and his team.

Ben Mulae and his team of two associates have joined LJ Hooker Avnu.

LJ Hooker said Mr Mulae is one of the northern district’s top-performing agents, being awarded Residential Sales Person of the Year two years in a row in the Real Estate Institute of Australia/EAC Awards for Excellence and Sales Agent of the Year four years in a row at his previous agency, First National.

Mr Mulae said he was attracted to LJ Hooker Avnu because of the efficiencies it will bring to him and his team.

“It’s archaic the sheer volume of double-handling and disjointed platforms an agent has to be across each day for marketing, compliance and client reporting,” he said.

“I’m excited to have joined Avnu, with its cutting-edge platform that now streamlines and automates much of this so that I can really nurture my client relationships and execute on our sales strategies.”

Mr Mulae has joined LJ Hooker Avnu with his associate agents Angie Wong and Martika Whitfield.

He said they have been a “formidable” team for more than four years.

“At Avnu, my team will be able to focus on more dollar-productive activities than ever before,” Mr Mulae said.

“They’ll also be guided by not only me, but Avnu’s dedicated Lower North Shore sales coach Casey Mikhael, who works side by side with them to ensure they continue to grow and prosper.”

Chief performance officer (sales) of LJ Hooker Avnu Christine Mikhael said Avnu opened in Neutral Bay in August last year and has been strategically growing its footprint across Sydney’s premier North Shore since then.

She said she is excited that Mr Mulae is leading their expansion into the northern districts.

“His dedication to improving the way real estate is transacted in the new world made the perfect fit for us both,” she said.

“At Avnu, Ben is now able to focus on building his business, while our team of experts in technology, marketing and customer service will focus on running his business for him.

“We’re pleased Ben is now part of the Avnu team and our bright future.”
