Century 21 has inducted Nickolas Dilles into the network’s Hall of Fame at its recent annual Australasian Convention, and at the same time recognised the top performers from across its network.

Mr Dilles is the principal at Century 21 Southwest Fairfield in New South Wales.

Century 21 Australasia owner and chairman Charles Tarbey said Mr Dilles has shown a lifetime commitment to the industry.

It is this, Mr Tarbey said, that led to his induction into the Century 21 Hall of Fame.

“Nickolas joins a select list of individuals who have been inducted into the C21 Hall of Fame for their ongoing service and commitment to our brand and industry,” Mr Tarbey said.

“Mr Dilles started in the real estate industry in 1973. Recognising that he had the passion and talent to succeed, he opened his first office seven years later. In 1995, Mr Dilles joined the Century 21 network and has been a role model to other real estate professionals ever since.”

Mr Tarbey said two other recipients received “prestigious” awards at the convention.

Maddie Dolan, principal at Century 21 in Scarborough Queensland, was awarded the Sam Raiti Perpetual Shield for her dedication to the C21 culture and values.

Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty, operating in Townsville Queensland, took out the 2100 Cup. This award acknowledges the office that embraces C21 systems and tools while also playing a “significant role” in community leadership.

“Recognising people for the hard work they put in each day is very important to us, and I congratulate all the award winners that were honoured at our convention for their achievements,” Mr Tarbey said.

The 2019 Century 21 Convention was held on Hamilton Island.

It was attended by people from across the business for three days of motivation, training and networking.

“A key part of the convention was to recognise the top sales performers and leading contributors to brand, culture and community over the preceding 12 months,” Mr Tarbey said.

“I am extremely proud of the contributions our agents across the country make to their communities each and every day.”
