Barry Plant hits 15-year customer excellence benchmark

For the 15th consecutive year, the Barry Plant Group has achieved an enviable customer service benchmark, after every office in the group returned a “highly recommended” status at the 2019 Australian Achiever Awards.

The Barry Plant Croydon office, led by Matt Jinks and James Brougham, was also recognised as the overall “national winner” by achieving a near perfect score off 99.86 per cent.

Director and CEO of Barry Plant Mike McCarthy said the offices in Narre Warren, Rosebud, Werribee and Sunshine were “close behind” to round out the top five for the Barry Plant Group.

He said customer service is truly the group’s number one priority.

“To continue our run of ‘highly recommended’ status when it comes to our customer service through all our offices is an exceptional achievement,” Mr McCarthy said.

“So to see every single office of ours be credited with an exceptional customer service rating for so many years in a row is an absolute thrill. The success of the Croydon office as the national winner this year is also an outstanding effort by that hard-working team.”

The Barry Plant Group said the Australian Achiever Awards is an independent award system based on assessment ratings from real estate agency customers.

“They are unbiased and focus on vital criteria including time-related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, and overall perception,” it said.

“These elements are graded and combined into a final score out of 100 per cent for each agency. Anything above 80 per cent is considered exceptional. Almost all the Barry Plant offices scored over 90 per cent for this year, with the average of the offices increasing this year to 96.99 per cent.”
