Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has marked its plans for growth this financial year by hiring an industry professional with 20 years of experience.

As part of a broader national expansion strategy, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is looking to grow its footprint in Queensland, and has hired James Bell to lead the charge.

This latest hire follows other national growth initiatives, including the opening of Central and Crows Nest offices in NSW. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is also due to announce its first Victorian office.

Mr Bell spent two decades in real estate, including as an auctioneer, the CEO of his own agency and as a trainer. He also has experience in property management.

His experience in training is closely aligned to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate market position, which purports to be focused on the culture and experience of its offices and agents.

“It’s a great opportunity for me to leverage my experience to spearhead network growth in the Queensland market and deliver ongoing support to agents and principals joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate,” Mr Bell said.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney is bullish on this latest appointment for the network.

“I am so pleased to have James join the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. He brings a depth of knowledge and experience to our unique and highly respected brand that I am confident will enable us to build our network,” Ms Delaney said.

James will officially commence with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate on 1 August 2019.
