McGrath Estate Agents is continuing their recruitment drive in Brisbane with a new hire in the bayside area.

Joseph Lordi has joined McGrath in the northeast office and will specialise in the premium suburbs of Wynnum, Manly and Raby Bay.

Mr Lordi started his career in 2014 selling investment properties in St Lucia and was most recently working at Sotheby’s International Realty network where he was ranked second in the state.

“My decision to join McGrath was well considered on my part. I was without a doubt attracted to their brand and the authenticity of their offering. I think there is an amazing opportunity to grow my business even further,” Mr Lordi said.

Mr Lordi said there were huge opportunities in the northeast area, with him personally closing three of the highest sales for the area last year.

“There are some pockets within the Wynnum and Manly areas that are achieving prices well over $1 million. I see a huge opportunity within that market, and I want to continue to focus on that growth and opportunity.”

McGrath state manager for Queensland Justin Marsden said he was delighted to welcome Mr Lordi to the team in what he described as one of the most exciting markets in the country.

“We are delighted Joseph has joined our growing team at Bayside/Manly as we continue to expand our reach throughout Brisbane, in what we regard as one of the most exciting property markets in the country,” Mr Marsden said.
