Several Victorian agents have joined forces in a bid to create a consolidated “power team” with a goal to shake up the Whitehorse property market.
Noel Jones Mitcham has become the latest independent to join Jellis Craig, thus creating Jellis Craig Mitcham. To bolster its footprint even further, the agency has confirmed Jellis Craig Mitcham has been combined with the existing Jellis Craig Blackburn team to create one consolidated “power team”.
The team is headed up by directors Stephen Le Get and Daniel Bullen, and is composed of John Stack, Troy Sheehan, Matthew Scafidi and Janet Fleet.
The move to consolidate comes after Jellis Craig financial figures indicated that combining Jellis Craig teams “will together lay claim to market dominance”, according to director Troy Sheehan.
“It’s exciting to have so much local experience and knowledge and such impressive sales results within one group,” he said, noting that collectively the six-strong leadership team boasts over 87 years’ experience.
“The consolidation of local knowledge and experience in Jellis Craig Mitcham, and strength afforded by a close alliance between Jellis Craig Mitcham and Jellis Craig Blackburn, can only benefit vendors. It will be an exciting spring season in Whitehorse.”
Commenting further, Jellis Craig CEO Nick Dowling said the move demonstrates Jellis Craig’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of Melbourne’s property market.
“Our exceptional results and service and focus on innovation have earned us a reputation as market leaders in Melbourne’s premium property sector,” Mr Dowling said.
“This move cements our leadership position in the Whitehorse market.”
