Century 21 has expanded its network with the opening of a new office in Canning Vale, south of Perth.
The new office is “strategically situated” on the doorstep of one of Perth’s fastest-growing suburbs of Southern River, Canning Vale, Harrisdale and the Canning Vale corridor. The team’s service proposition includes residential, rural, commercial and land sales, property management and auctions.
The new office is being headed up by director of Century 21 Resicomm, Simon Pattullo, who brings with him a background of specialising in residential sales, strata management, property management and all aspects of commercial real estate throughout Western Australia.
Mr Pattullo recently took up the Century 21 brand after many years as a director/licensee of his Canning Vale agency, a statement from C21 said.
“Our point of difference is our commitment to providing superior professional service and high ethical standards each and every day,” Mr Pattullo said.
“Our highly personalised service, experience and in-depth market knowledge ensure our team is highly sought after by vendors and investment property owners alike, to sell and manage their properties.”
