Kunda Park commercial facility Qld reb

The tenants have outgrown the facility, so now the Queensland government is putting a commercial facility on the market.

The building at Kunda Park was designed and built to government standards and specifications 10 years ago, so it reaches the needs of government departments, Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North’s David C. Smith said.

“It’s four-star green rated, offers a 767 square metre high clearance warehouse, 309 square metre well-appointed offices and exceptional staff amenities, as well as 320 square metre structural mezzanine.

“It also comprises a boardroom, open-plan office area, expansive kitchen, 26 designated car parks, dual access and drive-through for double B trucks, and solar panels.”

The property at 510 Maroochydore Road is also available for lease until the right buyer comes around.
