McGrath leaders gathered at its new Pyrmont office last week for the company’s annual general meeting, but there was no mention of the investigation into McGrath Coogee agent Adrian Bo.

Last month, McGrath confirmed it was investigating a complaint made against Mr Bo after it received an allegation of misconduct.

Mr Bo denies he made a crude comment to a staff member, but he is on leave while an investigation is completed.

Although there was no mention of the agent at the AGM, McGrath boss Geoff Lucas told The Daily Telegraph they are working as fast as they can to complete the investigation.

“I’m not aware, or sure, that there is a culture [of sexual harassment], but we are always looking for continual improvement to refine [our sexual harassment policy] and we are taking the current accusation very seriously indeed,” Mr Lucas said.

“We have worked hard over the last 12 months on the culture of our business and have attracted a good number of good, quality people into the business.”

The company chairman, Peter Lewis, confirmed to the paper the board of directors is overseeing the investigation.

“Our investigation process, with any complaint received, takes into account the employment history of the person and relevant matters determining the appropriate outcome into the complaint [potentially, previous complaints],” Mr Lewis said.
