Agency exceeds in service

Professionals Real Estate has come out on top, having been recognised for its customer service.

The agency was named as the 2020 Gold Winner for customer service in Australian real estate by Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards.

To take out the top prize is a testament to the dedication of the people who work at Professionals, CEO David Crombie said.

“The results reflect the network’s commitment to exceptional customer service, and we’re proud of the work being done by individual offices every day in leading us to this award honour,” he said.

“It also puts a spotlight on our unparalleled dedication to training that provides our network members with the skills and knowledge to ensure they deliver industry-best service.”

The results are based on a survey of about 2,000 Australians to determine the most valued brands across 40 different business categories.

Those surveyed ranked their experience of personalised services. It included highlighting the ease of dealing with staff, and whether the experience met or exceeded their expectations.

“It is particularly pleasing to have won this award because it’s been achieved despite the rapid growth of our network in recent years,” Mr Crombie said.

“The integrity of our business model has kept pace with this fast-changing industry, and we have been able to attract some of the best real estate professionals to join our network.

“Under the network model, we offer all the benefits of a national group while leveraging off the unique capabilities and independent thinking to be found in each of our offices.”
