Domain has added a new feature to its agent portal to give agents the best information to get better sales results.

As part of Domain for Agents, it is hoped the new insights will equip agents with the tools they need to drive vendor confidence.

Domain Insights will provide comprehensive, relevant and up-to-date data about supply and demand, out-of-area buyers, median sale price and more.

“Domain Insights is like having a researcher in the room with you — the insights are much more granular, providing unique and localised information that can be pulled into a listings presentation. Ultimately, it helps agents to have more confident conversations and empowers the consumer in making the right decision for them.”

The market insights included in this product are part of a wider rollout from the property portal.

It will provide exclusive insights into supply and demand, estimated property value, out-of-area buyers, median sale prices and sales strategy.

The Australian proptech market has rapidly expanded with between 260 and 480 proptech businesses competing.
