Two local agents have aligned with The Agency to launch an all-new offering in Sydney’s south-west.
Eva Frketic and Ben Marovic have been announced as joining The Agency team to head up the business’s expansion into what is being heralded as Sydney’s “third” city.
According to The Agency, Liverpool city is “one of the fastest-growing multicultural hubs in Australia”.
Its current population of 223,304 is expected to boom to 331,000 by 2036.
Ms Frketic is the first to acknowledge Liverpool as her home.
“It’s where I was raised and where I chose to build my own life and set the foundation for my family to thrive,” she said.
The real estate agent expressed her “absolute respect for the local history” and is excited by the continual development of the south-west corridor.
“The future is bright with significant investment continuing across all levels of government, as well as the corporate and private sectors. This supports the view that Liverpool is predicted to be the third-largest CBD in Sydney,” she continued.
The alignment of Ms Frketic and Mr Marovic to The Agency has been a long time in the making, with CEO Matt Lahood stating that “south-west Sydney is such an important and burgeoning property market in Sydney given its rising status as an international transport hub — ensuring we launched with the right team was vital”.

With more than a decade of real estate experience under her belt, Ms Frketic said her move to The Agency provided her with a key opportunity to bring “a fresh and dynamic brand to the area”.

“This will be achieved through strong leadership and working with like-minded professionals who are equally as driven as I am, serving their clients and exceeding expectations always.”
Having spent years working on her own brand, Ms Frketic acknowledges she was “very conscious” of finding a partner that would allow her to continue her focus on growth while providing her with the brand support she needed.
“From the outset, my interaction with The Agency gave me an immense degree of confidence that we were aligned on our objectives and that it would be a strong pairing.”
It’s a fit that’s as culturally important for The Agency, as it is professionally important.
