LJ Hooker Property Hub has revealed a brand-new office will be bolstering its offering from August 2021.

Located in the beachside enclave of Nobby Beach, the boutique office will be a merger of LJ Hooker’s Mermaid Beach and Burleigh Heads offices and headed by selling principals Perry Brosnan and David Brown.

It comes after both principals were appointed to LJ Hooker Property Hub’s board of directors, joining David Manby and Raymond Pienaar.

LJ Hooker Group state director Stephen Mutton said that the opening of the new Nobby Beach office will ultimately cement LJ Hooker Property Hub’s position across the thriving Gold Coast market.

“The beachside coast from Mermaid Beach to Burleigh Heads is a dynamic market that boasts some of Australia’s most exclusive waterfront property to everything in between,” Mr Mutton said.

“As a group, David Brown, Perry Brosnan, David Manby and Raymond Pienaar have collectively created one of the leading teams in the state and ensured an in-depth and experienced leadership team is assisting in agent development and productivity, which in turn is winning them more business.”

According to the state director, “it positions and sets them up for success in an ever-changing and competitive real estate landscape”.

Mr Brosnan and Mr Brown are reported to be continuing in their sales capacity while leading the new office’s recruitment and mentoring, as well as providing strategic direction as group directors.

Apart from their existing teams prior to the merger, the principals will also be joined by four new agents: Sanjay Agarwal, John Olzard, Julie Holman and Mark Hadir.

Mr Olzard will act as a Mermaid Beach specialist while Ms Holman will be a specialist for Burleigh Heads.

LJ Hooker Property Hub group director David Manby has expressed his support for the new-look Nobby Beach team.

According to him, the recruitment of high-calibre agents “will further bolster our group’s capabilities to benefit our customers, especially as we service the highly desired beachside real estate market”.

“As the new office will be home to all our beachside agents between Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads, we have invested in an extensive fit-out with significant tech infrastructure that is centred on creating a collaborative environment,” Mr Manby outlined.

“We have a laser focus on lead generation because we understand that agents need quality leads to be competitive in this market, and we’re committed to giving agents access to the right tools to set them up for success.

“With Perry and David leading from the front, we have great confidence in the future of the agency.”
