A new Sandgate office is a bid by the brand to expand its footprint across Brisbane’s North East.
Adam Dickie and Allan Brookes are heading up the agency, with the aim of raising the standard of property services within the region.
Belle Property has reported Mr Dickie and Mr Brookes as both having played an “integral” role in the brand’s franchise growth in Queensland, with the pair sharing more than 35 years of experience.
According to Mr Dickie, the opening of the new office coincides with Sandgate’s growth as “one of Queensland’s most coveted lifestyle locations”.
Strategically located within the Moreton Bay area, the area has an easy access to Brisbane CBD and the airport as well as the Sunshine Coast.
“Sandgate and surrounds have always been a special place to work and live; however, the recent uplift in home prices called for a real estate provider with specialist knowledge of premium markets to support the area to really prosper,” Mr Dickie said.
“Belle Property Sandgate is committed to working hard to shine a spotlight on homes in the 4017 postcode and become Bayside’s market leader.”
As Sandgate garners increasingly strong demand from both buyers and investors, Mr Brookes expressed the belief that it’s “the perfect time to bring Belle Property’s premium difference” to the area.
“The local Bayside property market is very strong with a low level of stock for sale and higher-than-usual demand… [We want] to support local sellers and investors to achieve the best outcomes possible,” he said.
Mr Dickie and Mr Brookes will be working alongside administrator Sophie Grevell to bring property sales and management services to the suburbs of Brighton, Sandgate, Deagon, Bracken Ridge, Shorncliffe and Bald Hills.
