Having launched under the UrbanX umbrella a month ago, the quartet have already posted strong sales results in the Sunshine Coast hotspot.

Ian and Linda Suter, Clint Smith, and Tyron Cleine have been friends and colleagues for years. Under the branding of Suter Smith Cleine, they’ve now become business partners and proved that their shared values make for a strong team by logging $19.15 million in sales during their first four weeks.

In opening their own office, it was important to the foursome that their business embody their outlook and ethos.

“Our brand stands for ‘real people’, not just agents that are professional but agents that are empathetic to the needs of others, that care about the client more than the commission, that want to make a difference in their community,” Clint Smith commented.

Mr Smith also noted how important it was for them to be able to launch an eponymous venture. “When you have your personal names in the brand, you are never afraid to stand behind it.”

All four directors have established a steady presence over the years in Noosa, and they called on their strong network of connections during their early days in operation together. Mr Smith said that many clients continued to list with them as they were drawn to their upfront attitude.

“As a group, we have always had an unwavering commitment to professionalism, integrity and honesty, which will continue to be a part of everything we do at Suter Smith Cleine,” he said.

“We have always been so passionate about providing the best service and results for our clients. We are now more motivated than ever before because Suter Smith Cleine is a representation of who we are and what we stand for.”
