The team behind a new real estate office on the Central Coast has aligned with a quickly growing start-up to achieve their ambitious goals.

Agents Jason Easton, Tatum Easton, Susan Svenson and Josh Svenson aren’t being shy about their plans for the future, they’ve put it in their name: Empire Property Co.

Joining together to launch their first venture under the umbrella of UrbanX, the quartet anticipate growing quickly with the platform’s support.

“Our brand represents building an empire. We want to build our own property empire together as a team, and help our clients build their own wealth, and create their own empire through property,” they said.

They credit UrbanX with allowing them to realise their dream of opening a business as quickly as possible.

“Without UrbanX and the support they have provided, there is no way we would have been able to launch our own business in such a short amount of time,” Ms Easton said.

“They took us through the streamlined process to be able to launch in weeks, instead of months and go to market in the strongest possible way.”

So far, they’re fans of the tech capabilities the alliance has introduced to their normal way of working.

“We are now using cloud-based systems for everything and there is no paperwork! The best part is that we can focus on doing what we do best, listing and selling property without having to worry about all of the backend work,” Mr Svenson commented.

The group, he said, were focusing now on personally overseeing every detail of the sales process for their clients “to make the journey as smooth and seamless as possible”.
