PRD has rung in the new year with triple franchise renewals, a new office launch, and an internal sale in the Riverina region.

Three south-western NSW offices under the PRD network headed by Simon Freemantle from PRD Wagga Wagga, Kate Stevens and Matt Sharp from PRD Albury-Wodonga, and Jed Masters from PRD Tumut have announced the renewal of their partnership with the brand.

The principals, who all boast significant experience and accolades throughout their longstanding real estate careers, reaffirmed their commitment to the network at the start of 2022.

Simon Freemantle from PRD Wagga Wagga – who joined the network in 2005 and marked his 20-year milestone in the industry last year – has built a market-leading business throughout his tenure.

Under his leadership, PRD Wagga Wagga was recognised as most outstanding office and continues to go from strength to strength, having been in the top 10 offices for the last three years in the PRD network.

Meanwhile, PRD Tumut principal Jed Masters, who has helmed the PRD Tumut business since 2018 and has won the network’s individual silver sales award for the last two years, has also welcomed the year with the launch of another office in Gundagai.

PRD Albury-Wodonga principal Kate Stevens, who joined the network in 2015, said that the decision to renew with PRD was “extremely important and beneficial” to their business.

“Knowing that we have other business owners, offices and management contacts, all with the same challenges and needs as ours means we have guidance and support from a wider community that we simply wouldn’t have if we were on our own as independents,” she said.

She also cited the “professional comradery and friendships” that were developed under the network as a driving force for the renewal.

PRD also announced that Marney Pertzel had purchased the PRD Tumbarumba office from her mentor and previous owner, Julie Giddings.

The internal change of hands was deemed fitting, given that Marney first commenced her real estate career when the PRD Tumbarumba office first opened its doors in 2004.
