Following stints with Purplebricks and Melcorp Real Estate, David Cutler has aligned with the national network.

Mr Cutler brings nearly a quarter-century of experience across sales, recruitment, management, and business ownership across the retail and real estate sectors to his new role, a statement from LJ Hooker has touted.

As Victoria and Tasmania state manager, he’ll be partnering with head of network performance in Australia Stephen Mutton “to continue to support the growth of offices and their teams as well as strengthen and expand the iconic brand across Victoria and Tasmania”.

“I am thrilled to be joining one of the most established and trusted real estate brands in Australia,” he commented.

“I know that my personality and experience is a good match for LJ Hooker, and I’m excited to now be putting my knowledge and insight into further building the brand and supporting the growth of our offices across Victoria and Tasmania.”

Mr Cutler revealed he would “work closely with offices to customise what they need to thrive and be successful in this market”.

According to Mr Mutton, Victoria and Tasmania are key markets for the brand, which is why “it is an ideal time for our network to have a direct contact at the coal face”.

“We’re delighted to have David onboard in this role as his expertise will highly benefit the development of our network across the two states,” he said.

He added: “Appointing David is a testament to this as we are committed to propelling our network forward by ensuring they have the resources, knowledge, and support to reach and connect with consumers and future-proof their businesses.”
