Belle property adds Adelaide lifestyle location

Belle Property’s newest principal believes there couldn’t be a better moment to introduce the brand to Adelaide’s West Lakes.

Larry Finis, a long-term resident of the neighbourhood and agent with over two decades of experience under his belt, said he decided to join up with Belle after surveying the local landscape and feeling there was “a gap in the local market for a premium real estate brand”.

Located in the city’s North-West, the area offers enviable living options like Delfin Island, a residential island within a boating lake, and waterfront properties.

Of the suburb’s ability to provide the business Mr Finis will be seeking, the agent notes that West Lakes’ property market sits in healthy territory.

“Our market is very buoyant at present, much like Adelaide as a whole, where prices have risen 26 per cent in the last 12 months, making it the perfect time to launch”.

And he feels the network’s unique offerings will appeal to the local community, whose tendencies he knows well.

“[Belle’s] affiliations with leading interiors magazine Belle, and lifestyle publisher Sitchu, give us a massive point of difference with our lifestyle-first clients.

“In addition to a national buyer database of over 3 million property seekers, its exclusive partnership with the global property portal, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, allows us to market listings to a large audience of international buyers,” Mr Finis said.

Belle Property CEO, Peter Hanscomb, agreed that not only is West Lakes a great fit for Belle’s brand, but so too is Mr Finis.

“Larry’s approach to real estate strongly mirrors what Belle Property stands for. He and his team embrace quality over quantity and are committed to operating with honesty, integrity and transparency while putting clients’ interests first,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“Under his expert leadership, I have every confidence Belle Property will be exceptionally well-received in West Lakes, ensuring our brand goes from strength to strength in Adelaide and South Australia as a whole”.

Mr Hanscomb added that the brand might be looking to make further inroads in Adelaide and beyond before the year is out.

“This is one of several new offices already rolled out in 2022 and reflects our ongoing strategy of expanding our brand penetration in popular lifestyle locations such as Adelaide,” he said.

Much of Belle’s activity so far this year has been focused on inner-city locales like in Sydney’s north, where the principals of its Neutral Bay and Cammeray offices recently opened a Crow’s Nest location before stepping into the leadership roles of the network’s Mosman enterprise.
