Obrien Real Estate has continued its expansion throughout metropolitan Melbourne with the launch of a new office in Melton.

The newly launched site is the 36th office to open under the OBrien banner in its 12 years of operation and will be headed by directors Garry Gale and David How.

According to Obrien, the newest office addition gives the brand an opportunity to bolster its presence in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

For OBrien general manager Jason Mudford, the group is already well known in the region, and the latest expansion aligns with the network’s current growth strategy.

“Garry and David have created a strong market presence in their area, and whilst the team have made a massive footprint into the market, [they] are constantly challenging themselves to be more innovative, push harder and expect more,” Mr Mudford said.

He noted that the Melton office location fills a strategic need in OBrien’s growth plan. The newest office also means that the brand is now one step closer to its vision of building a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne, with just 14 more offices to go.

Between them, Mr Gale and Mr How will bring 28 years of real estate experience to their new executive roles.

They have expressed their enthusiasm for utilising their wealth of local knowledge and expertise in Melton and its surrounding areas to provide the area with a range of real estate services.

The duo also stated that they look forward to using their longstanding industry experience to develop and to further grow their business under the OBrien name.

The opening Melton office comes fresh off a series of strategic moves from Obrien to bolster its business.

At the end of May, the brand announced the launch of Obrien’s 35th office in Ringwood, which is located  23 kilometres east of Melbourne’s central business district.

Obrien has also recently strengthened its corporate team with the appointment of Gillian Hurst to a franchise business support role, as the firm looks to boost support for its growing network.
