Tom Panos and Phil Tarrant sit down and discuss the hard-hitting real estate topics that others shy away from.

With rising interest rates and less distressed sales from buyers, Tom and Phil discuss the uncertainties looking towards the upcoming spring selling season. The pair question whether we will experience a surge in listings and what that will mean for agents as we head into the busier half of the year.

They also predict a peak in interest rates during autumn of 2023 and fear that Australias property market is currently moving faster than the players in it.
