Some 15 years after selling his former First National venture, a real estate veteran has made a big return to the network.
Warren Daniells has realigned with the network, rebranding his business from Surat Basin Real Estate to First National Real Estate Surat Basin Chinchilla.
The industry heavyweight — who has also spent time as a supermarket entrepreneur and property developer — has spent the last 12 years building up the clientele of his real estate venture and boasts a large property management division as part of the business.
It’s a step away from independence for the Queenslander, who has cited that the change will help the agency to strengthen its brand awareness, communications and digital systems.
“After two decades in both the supermarket and real estate sectors, plus some considerable time spent in property development, I understand the importance of customer experience.
“I’ve decided that partnering my business with First National Real Estate is the right move for my team, my business and our customers,” he continued.
According to Mr Daniells, the benefits and cost savings from making the move will be passed onto customers, while he’ll now also gain access to a number of commercial resources set to streamline his business.
These reportedly weren’t the only factors swaying Mr Daniells’ decision either, with the “big brand” factor also set to offer some wins for his outfit — “without impacting on my business’ local identity and its support for local community”.
