The international real estate group has launched into three new divisions: projects, commercial, and rural.
One Agency has made the play, which it has credited as a response to “strong demand from potential recruits”.
One Agency founder and chief executive Paul Davies believes the brand’s current members — as well as new recruits — across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji will benefit from the expansion.
He said that until now, “our residential specialists have had to refer projects, commercial and rural enquiries outside the network”.
“The new divisions will allow for enhanced referral opportunities within the network,” he indicated.
According to Mr Davies, One Agency is now one of the top 10 residential networks in Australia.
He said the brand’s growth, to date, “has been achieved by word-of-mouth and referral rather than ‘door knocking’ agents and business owners or buying out other groups as we have seen”.
He believes the same will apply to the three new divisions, stating that there had been potential recruits who had expressed interest prior to the divisions being established.
The first project’s licence has already been approved, which Mr Davies noted comes under the leadership of business principals Nigel Napoli and Alex Walker.
Known as One Agency Projects New Property Collection, the new outfit comes to market with more than 160 apartments already available to purchase across Sydney.
