Century 21 has announced the opening of a new office in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

The office, C21 Coast to Vines, will be led by Richard Wyatt, who has worked in real estate for over 30 years — with 15 of those years spent running his own operations.

When asked about the office’s key to success, Mr Wyatt stated that his concept was simple: “Our focus is on people and their best outcome, not just property. Every client of Century 21 Coast to Vines should enjoy nothing less than a first-class experience and exceptional results.”

Mr Wyatt already plans to add more property specialists to their roster, having already recruited “powerhouse sales duo” Marg Kneebone and Adam Farrelly.

Century 21 said the South Adelaide real estate market has never seen a team with as much combined experience and community ties as this one.

For Ms Kneebone and Mr Farrelly, who grew up in Southern Adelaide, the saying, “live local, sell local”, rings true.

The duo are not only accomplished real estate agents, but they are also experts in the local real estate market and know the people there well.

James Bell, chief executive of Century 21, said he was happy with the brand’s expanding presence in South Adelaide.

“With the team’s extensive experience, as well as their relentless drive to deliver superior results for their clients, I have no doubt that C21 Coast to Vines will be yet another high-achieving office within our network,” said Mr Bell.
