Alon Beran and Aaron Del Monte are set to bring ‘a new level of energy’ to Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

LJ Hooker Double Bay opens once more, after the network revealed it had received numerous requests to reopen an office in the prestige suburb following on from Bill and David Malouf’s decision to take on a new brand back in November 2021.

According to LJ Hooker general manager of network Stephen Mutton, the group took the time to find the right leaders to take the brand forward.

“We know the LJ Hooker brand works in the super-premium market. What we needed to find were the right leaders, the right owners, and principals.

“We found that in Aaron and Alon.”

“They are in their late-30s, highly experienced and know this market very well — they also bring a new level of energy,” Mr Mutton stated.

Mr Beran acknowledged the domination of the LJ Hooker brand in the Double Bay space for 35 years, sharing that he and Mr Del Monte are “looking forward to continuing that momentum”.

“There is a lot to pick up from where it left off and a lot of things that we can also elevate,” he commented.

Growth is already on the agenda for the duo, who have already hinted at plans to open several offices across Sydney’s eastern suburbs marketplace.

“Our team is tenacious and hungry to achieve, led by inspiring and highly experienced sales coaches,” Mr Beran said.

Mr Beran’s career has seen him spend time at both McGrath and Ray White, prior to his appointment as head of growth and performance (sales national) at Little Real Estate.

For Mr Del Monte, the McGrath starter became the head of growth (franchise) at the company, before also moving to Little Real Estate, where he worked as state sales manager for NSW and Queensland, and then took on the role of executive general manager for national sales.

He professed that it’s a culmination of 20 years of real estate that has landed the pair at LJ Hooker.

“We have worked tirelessly to build some phenomenal real estate businesses for others, but now it is time for us to build a legacy for our families and our team,” Mr Del Monte shared.

“LJ Hooker is a name synonymous with trusted advice and experience, and it provides the support and opportunity to recruit, increase market share and grow our business.”

Mr Mutton quipped that the pair are “passionate about property, business, and their staff”.

“We are thrilled to have them join LJ Hooker — they will not only reassert our presence in the market but will share their passion and knowledge within our network. We are excited to see what they will accomplish,” he said.
