The network has announced the launch of its latest outfit, which will bolster its presence in the country’s most populous city, Auckland.
Century 21 Excellence opens in Epsom, south Auckland. The office will be led by experienced agent Bhethnee Kaur, an industry veteran with a quarter of a century in the real estate world under her belt.
Not just an agent, Ms Kaur is also a seasoned property investor and renovator who possesses a rich understanding of the Auckland market. She will be joined in the role of chief operations officer by Kapil Chadha, who brings 20 years of sales experience to the role.
Ms Kaur said the pair are “proud to be flying the Century 21 flag in Epsom”.
“Our team is well qualified and experienced to get the job done. We are squarely focused on delivering exceptional personalised service, backed by Century 21’s brand, reputation, and resources,” she added.
In addition to selling existing homes and new residential developments, Century 21 Excellence will specialise in property management. Property manager Tim Meyer will lead this division, tasked with looking after investors and their properties as well as matching the right tenants.
Ms Kaur commended Mr Meyer for his abilities, which include “turning rent appraisals around in less than 24 hours, finding good tenants within hours, and finding an electrician to do a heat pump in less than a day”.
“He brings a lot of experience and success, having previously looked after 300 properties and has built a reputation as a committed property manager,” she said.
She acknowledged the benefits of the Century 21 network, which include the training, systems and technology provided to agents under the brand’s umbrella, which Ms Kaur indicated “means maximum exposure for properties and the best possible price for vendors”.
Thrilled by the network’s expanding presence across the ditch, James Bell, Century 21 chief executive officer, said the brand’s newest office “is a great addition to our growing network here and in New Zealand”.
“With their work ethic, professionalism, people skills, and positive outlook, I have no doubt they will achieve outstanding results,” Mr Bell said.
In addition to Epsom, the office will also service surrounding areas such as Greenlane, Remuera, Royal Oak, Mt Roskill, Hillsborough, Onehunga, Newmarket, Parnell, Ellerslie, Panmure, west Auckland, and the north shore.
Century 21 Excellence Epsom is the fourth office opened by the brand this financial year after it moved to strengthen its presence in Western Sydney in September, added another office in Melbourne in July and bolstered its operational capacity in Sydney’s north-west back in August.
